Luke Pendrell is an artist and writer who works with moving-image, photography, sound-art, performance and installation. He is interested in the edges of our perception and the ghosts, ruins and fragments that we find there, entangling  elements of art, science, philosophy and the occult to disturb and reimagine the notion of an established order of things.  Pendrell studied Fine Art Sculpture & Interdisciplinary Arts at Breton Hall, University of Leeds and has an MA from the Royal College of Art, London, where he is academic lead of MFA Communication.
